The EQB BACKUP SWITCH is a patented MID whole home electrical grid isolation switch, installed between the utility meter and meter socket, enabling any grid interactive backup inverter to seamlessly transition between the grid or backup power, with an optional DER connection directly into the load side of the switch, reducing installation times and enabling AC coupling with existing grid tied Solar Installations without modifying NEM agreements or the existing service panel.
